Not at all! Every class is structured to help new students build confidence, learn proper technique, and you’ll be training alongside people of all levels.
Is there a free trial class?
Absolutely, Gracie Temecula offers a complimentary trial class to get a feel for our training environment and teaching style.
What should I wear for my first class?
We will lend a loaner uniform free of charge for the trial class, make sure to wear comfortable workout clothes.
Should I get in shape before joining Jiu-Jitsu?
Theres no need! Classes build fitness naturally through movement, technique, and consistency. You’ll notice improvements in strength and endurance as you train.
